Hilary Baker Named Regional Vice President of Clinical Services

Solace Pediatric Healthcare announced today that Hilary Baker has been named Regional Vice President of Clinical Services. 

In her new role, Baker is responsible for overseeing clinical services in multiple markets across the country. Her primary focus will be supporting all of the clinicians at Solace so they can take care of the children and families that they serve. 

In her previous role, Baker served as Regional Director of Therapy in the Colorado market. She was responsible for oversight and operations of 400+ clinicians in the Colorado and Arizona markets. In addition, she managed the development of the Regional Clinical Manager Team, Therapy Assistant Program and Clinical Fellow program. In addition, Baker established and monitored accountability and performance goals within the therapy department utilizing a variety of coaching, counseling, training and leadership skills development, and maintained oversight of specialty programs including AAC, feeding and telehealth services.

“I am thrilled to step into this new role at Solace! I am thankful for the opportunity to continue to extend my outreach to families outside of Colorado and Arizona. Ensuring that clinicians are taken care of is my top priority. This will allow them to continue to provide the best therapy services to all children and families,” adds Baker.

An accomplished Occupational Therapist, Baker joined the Solace team in 2016 and has served in various leadership roles, including Onboarding Success Coach, Clinical Mentor, Regional Clinical Manager and Director of Therapy in the Colorado market.  

Baker earned her Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Science and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from American International College in Springfield, MA.
