CEO’s of several of our Nation’s leading health care companies recently participated in a CEO Roundtable: The Future of Technology in Home Health and Hospice hosted by Home Health Care News. The goal of the discussion was to address the rapidly changing post-acute landscape for the home health and hospice industry.

We are honored that one of the healthcare leaders selected to address the over 700 participants was Solace Pediatric Home Health Care CEO, Darcie Peacock. Solace is the largest provider of pediatric home therapy in Colorado and currently serving over 2,500 children.

In the panel-style discussion, these industry leaders shared priorities and challenges, the role of technology, regulations, delivering value-based care and their vision for the future. Attendees were able to ask questions and receive valuable input addressing their opportunities in this dynamic changing healthcare industry.

One question asked of Peacock, “What are you doing that separates you from the pack?” She responded with the following: “We are looking at technology to not only improve efficiency and address our process challenges, but more importantly, to improve our customer experience. We are looking to create value for our customers — our clinicians, the families we serve and our referral partners — with every touch point they have within our organization. We are looking to technology to support our employees in enriching these interactions.”
