Emily Gugino Named Clinical Business Analyst at Solace Pediatric Healthcare

Solace Pediatric Healthcare announced today that Emily Gugino has been named Clinical Business Analyst. 

In her new role, Emily will represent the IT team as a certified clinical resource for software implementation, support and business solutions. She will maintain a unique focus on clinical needs, including documentation, compliance requirements and EHR. In addition, Emily will assist in streamlining operations, improving clinical functionality and supporting company growth. 

An accomplished Occupational Therapist, Emily joined the Solace team in 2018 and has served in various leadership roles, including Clinical Mentor, COTA Supervisor and Regional Clinical Manager. 

In her most recent role as Regional Clinical Manager, Emily supported a team of 70 clinicians, assisting them with documentation, process improvement and patient care services. In addition, Emily conducted clinical interviews and assisted with onboarding and training of new clinicians.

“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to support our clinical team in a new way through this role,” added Gugino.

Emily earned her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Michigan State University and her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, PA.
