Amanda Brause Named Regional Clinical Manager at Solace Pediatric Healthcare
Solace Pediatric Healthcare announced today that Amanda Brause has been named Regional Clinical Manager.
In her new role, Amanda will lead Team Breckenridge, one of six regions in the state of Colorado. She will support a team of 63 clinicians, assisting them with documentation, clinical questions, and a variety of daily situations that occur while working with families.
An accomplished occupational therapist, Amanda’s professional experience includes roles as an Applied Behavior Analyst, School-Based Occupational Therapist, Hospital-Inpatient Occupational Therapist and Skilled Nursing Occupational Therapist.
“I am very excited to step into the role of Regional Clinical Manager! I have loved being a clinician at Solace and I’m excited to apply my clinical experience to the managerial role. I am looking forward to continuing to support clinicians, children, and families in living their best lives,” added Brause.
Amanda joined the Solace team in 2019 and has served in a variety of leadership roles, including COTA Supervisor, Onboarding Success Coach, Clinical Mentor and Clinical instructor.
She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health and Human Physiology, as well as her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from the University of Minnesota-Rochester. In addition, she completed fieldwork experience at Mayo Clinic Hospital and Minnesota State Academy for the Blind.
