Pediatric Speech-Language Therapist (SLP) and Clinical Fellow (CF) Positions at Solace
Looking for pediatric speech therapy jobs?We are seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (SLP CFs) who love working with the pediatric population. Clinicians incorporate child and family perspectives, their clinical experience, as well as training to design comprehensive programs targeted to achieving patient and family goals. As a pediatric SLP or CF you will provide various services, including evaluation, documentation, parent education and one-on-one evidence-based therapy in a child’s home, daycare or other location in their natural environment.
Our pediatric CF program offers direct, one-on-one support with a pediatric specialized SLP to mentor you. Many of our clinicians started as CFs and can help you overcome the challenges of being a new graduate therapist while providing extensive information on best practices to set you up for success. Our focus is providing our clinicians the tools you need to continue to develop your skills while providing the highest level of care for the families we serve. Some of the services SLPs and CFs provide include:
- Receptive and expressive language
- Apraxia, dyspraxia and dysarthria
- Speech and speech delays
- Verbal and non-verbal communication skills
- Augmentative and alternative communication devices
- Articulation, fluency and stuttering
- Working with hearing impaired children
- Feeding, swallowing and oral skills
- Early Intervention (EI)

Therapy Visits
At Solace, your visit is one-on-one therapy time working with your child on their plan of care. We provide in-home pediatric physical therapy, telehealth therapy and clinic treatment. Our amazing office staff provides support for all of your non-clinical needs, from scheduling to billing to provider office coordination. This allows you to focus on what you love doing, providing therapy. Our scheduling platform optimizes your caseload to reduce downtime and drive time between each visit, including emailing weekly visit confirmation messages to each of your families and texting your arrival time.

Whether you want over 22 visits per week /full time caseload with additional bonus options or just want a few visits after school or anywhere in between, we have opportunities for both part-time and full-time clinicians. We allow our clinicians to maintain a caseload in a condensed area. When you join Solace, you are hired for a specific area based on the need in that area.
Who we Serve
Looking for pediatric speech therapy jobs? When you join our team, you will have an opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of children, ages birth to 21, ranging from developmental delays to medically complex cases and rare genetic conditions.
We provide medical evidence-based therapy to children in-home, clinic, day care, telehealth or other natural environments. We take all major insurances, medicaid and we work with the local Early Intervention (EI) Community Centered Boards (CCBs).
