Tim Campbell Named Clinical Business Analyst at Solace Pediatric Healthcare
Solace Pediatric Healthcare announced today that Tim Campbell has been named Clinical Business Analyst.
In his new role, Tim will represent the IT team as a certified clinical resource for software implementation, support and business solutions. He will maintain a unique focus on clinical needs, including documentation, compliance requirements, and EHR. Tim will assist in streamlining operations, improving clinical functionality and supporting company growth.
An accomplished physical therapy assistant (PTA) since 2020, Tim also served as Onboarding Success Coach and Onboarding Coordinator. He coordinated and planned new hire orientation for all clinicians within Solace; collaborated with the clinical team to ensure cohesiveness in training and messaging across all disciplines; hosted and coordinated bi-weekly huddles for 70+ office staff members; and collaborated on new training programs for telehealth employees on a national level.
“I am very excited to bring my clinical experience to the business analyst position at Solace. It’s so important to remove barriers and simplify systems so our clinicians can dedicate their time to what they love, which is helping kids and families live their best lives,” adds Campbell.
Tim earned his PTA degree at Concorde Career College. A volunteer firefighter/EMT for two years with the Federal Heights Fire Department, Tim earned his EMT basic certification at Aurora Community College.
