Describe your role at Solace.

I work with kids who have mild to severe delays in attaining their developmental milestones in the areas of fine motor, sensory, activities of daily living etc through fun activities in their most natural setting.

What do you like most about your job?

I like seeing the progress our kiddos can make when there is great carryover of education from caregivers. I like that I get to be creative with treatment ideas and I like collaborating with other wonderful therapists.

What are your hobbies?

I like to get my Joanna Gaines on (aka home improvement), hiking, snowshoeing, spending time with my family and two cats.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

My proudest accomplishment is finding a job that I truly love!

Who is your biggest inspiration?

My parents are my biggest inspiration because they have worked so hard, as first generation immigrants, to help me get where I am today.

What might someone be surprised to know about you?

I speak Nepali fluently and a tad bit of Hindi

How would someone describe you?

Kind, patient, and helpful

Go-to orders at your favorite restaurants.

Momos (dumplings) and samosa chaat at Nepal’s Cafe in Estes; Panang Curry at Daughter Thai

3 tips for a new clinician.

  1. Be patient with yourself and your schedule.
  2. Making true connections with your families is just as important as providing skilled therapy because they work hand in hand.
  3. Have Fun 🙂
